Image Mark Naymik - red lines mashed up showing cop car tire tracks
Can the mind set of the two officers who shot and killed Tamir Rice be determined from the path of their patrol car in their approach to what the police dispatcher described as someone "pointing a gun at people"? Note: the gunner was sitting at one of the park benches under the gazebo.
Could the tire tracks and the path of the car prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the police intended to kill the gunner from the moment their car left the street and drove across the grass into the park?
Why else would anyone approach a potentially deadly situation in a way that put them at immediate risk - without an open path of retreat - unless it was their objective to kill the gunner immediately upon arrival? Did the police discuss this strategy in their car before they left the asphalt roadway? What do you think?
Do dead people talk?
