Rather than wait 6 years with the hope of installing wind turbines "about three miles off Cleveland in Lake Eire", what's wrong with sending out a RFP right now for "about 10 turbines right here in Cleveland"
Before I get back to explaining further why I disagree with Dave Nash, Steve Dever, and Bill Mason (among others) I will affirmatively site the turbines where they can go RIGHT NOW, without bothering anyone, and they will be bringing income into the CPP grid. Within the zone of the above Google Earth aerial 4 turbins can be sited. I will set them in on the plan in my next post. Several more turbines can be located towards Wendy Park (Ed - I need your go ahead on that), and a half dozen more towards the wsw in the park and along the highway. Matt Zone, this is your counsel area. What do you think?
