|  I was born and raised in Cleveland and have resided in Shaker Heights for 25 years.
 After  Cleveland Heights High, I attended University of Wisconsin,  The Ohio  State University, and Cleveland Marshall School of Law where I  graduated  with a JD degree in 1969. Member of Ohio and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and Employment Lawyers Association. Practicing  law before all state common pleas and appellate courts,  Ohio Supreme  Court, Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and Federal courts  in the  Northern District of Ohio. Over  30 years of experience in various areas of the law including   employment, personal injury, workers’ compensation, and other types of   litigation. Teaching economics part-time at local colleges and constitutional law to police officers at community college. |  | Former hearing examiner for Ohio Civil Rights Commission and part-time arbitrator. I've represented employees, businesses and unions in federal and state courts in Ohio and elsewhere. Married  for 46 years to my high school sweetheart, we have three  children and  three grandchildren living in Los Angeles, Chicago and Rio  de Janeiro,  Brazil. Hobbies include tennis, skiing, biking, and history, especially civil war history. Member of various committees and boards, both civic and religious, which include fair housing and equal opportunity. Attended the Catholic Jewish Colloquium, sponsored by the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland and the Anti-Defamation League. |
