cleveland police heros received memo "don't park under justice center" afraid it will collapse - the justice center was built with sub-standard concrete etc. - which  realy means "corruption" and for decades has been falling apart - and now since a killer earthquake - other disasters will hit cleveland etc. any second - any one that parks under buildings is a fool - and or any one that works in a building that has multiply floors and is made of brick-concrete is going to be killed or injuried unless you get out in  seconds - unless its earthquake proof - and in cleveland very few building are quake proof-resitant- cheers - sophia - guy
