I am not happy with Mr. McNair, and I told him so right in front of Director Wobser. The mere fact 300 support letters from Timbuktu by your surrogates is a clear fact that someone is trying to bully the situation.

You keep bringing up the fact about "Body bags" yes I made that statement because its true all last year young African American males were getting killed outside of eastside nightclubs. The new legislation would have resolved this. Now you make it sound we are unwilling to compromise. Where were the foot-loose people at the public meetings or Planning Commission. These were all public. I seen close to 40 residents from all over the westside and downtown at the these hearings and public meetings.
This is all about you, lets remember you met with me and Sammy Catania for breakfast and to me you needed a political win and you were going to toss everyone that worked hard on the legislation over the falls because all the political heat the PD has put on you. You stacked a room full of supporters that did not even live within 500ft. This is typical of how you operate.
Commander, I have committed my camera equipment to Ms. Kurtock , I will be assisting her. Be prepared to have to enforce the law thanks to the former man of the people Councilman Joe Cimperman.
