i requested these  letters in 2003 because i was building my back yard supporting it with wood or what ever else and a city inspector said i could only use stone brick - the drug dealer criminal family at 757 brayton called the city and i  wouldn't and didn't have a pay off bibery money so i appealed to building appeals and lost  so i used the said letters and other evidence to show i was protecting my life and property because the city should have been doing the same - no one  elected official officially requested any funding to help us brayton folks - although i requested that they do-

so your correct a class action would push the the city and federal goverment to save our lives and property and punitive damages and attorney fees

would you be our attorney - poverty affidavit for the filing fees - pro-se with your help - i will file a class action as i have done before-

once we file the city wil request federal funds to build some barriers green and or the walls etc.

there was a barrier at the bottom of our property  to prevent land from erosion - some of the barrier still is visable

and there was two streets with homes below and they were bought out  eminent doman for the new projects cmha valley view that some was demolished and or the new   highway this was about 30 40 years ago

and the land stood vacate till 490 came - so this area was gentrification about 40 years ago for the urban renewal that never took place till this tremont area started to get behind the scense powerfull money developers and t w d c started

and the rest is history - brayton ave may be history - which i believe it will be premediitated murder if anyone of brayton ave residence is killed in any ground  home slides to 490  - as is happening all over the world-

there was st.tikon and another st. street that the residents was forced to move also  the many cmha folks and the two streets below brayton - i guess about 1,000 people and a few hundred homes and  cmha projects-

this happen all over america gentrification - urban renewal - started in th 1980's and before-

millions of americans lives and homes were destroyed-

american aparthid - and it presently is going on-

so lets file a class action - they may murder us - but they can't eat us - yet

so my great brother-

heres a great point to go along with the above-

tremont west development corporation gets a few calls a week from developers to purchase lincoln park and develop it for homes business - because lincoln park is on the record at zoning for a business district and i forgot the codes - so twdc is going through tremont to get the correct zoning on record - lincoln park can't be sold because it was donated to cleveland with a clause not  to be ever sold or developt - but who knows - lincoln park might get sold if someone ?
