Received a glossy flyer from the Cleveland Foundation  - sharing important COVID-19 information in English and Arabic.  Why? I know Metro West as the satellite, fake CDC with a Latin flavor under Detroit Shoreway. It has done nothing.

Midtown Cleveland is another CDC that has ties to the CDC Metrohealth's created CCH CDC - so, what is Smart Development Inc.?  It has a Guidestar listing that lists a 2018 990.  The office is based in Lakewood.  Would anyone care to enlighten me?
