If you would like to submit a photo for use as the header at REALNEO--create an account and upload an image using the CREATE CONTENT image option on the left tool bar.  Identify the image as Community of Interest link: RealNEO Header.

It must be your own photo and by submitting as a header--you explicitly give permission to use as header material. 

Please make use of this great option and if you need to tweek the photo--use the freely downloadable program GIMP.  Email me through this site for more info.
