Tiempo Libre performs live at Severance Hall on Saturday, October 24 in a concert to benefit the Cleveland Institute of Music. Call 216.791.5000 ext. 311 for information on the benefit. Tickets to the concert only are also available. This up-and-coming Latin jazz group will be warming up for their performance on October 27 on ABC's Dancing with the Stars; on Oct. 2 they appeared on The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien. In Cleveland they will perform with the CIM Orchestra under the baton of Carl Topilow. Rumba Sinfónica was written for the group by Venezuelan composer, Ricardo Lorenz who will be in attendance at the concert. RICARDO LORENZ Rumba Sinfónica

To end the concert, they will perform a solo Timba set. This group of young, conservatory-trained artists are bringing audiences out of their seats and onto the dance floor - all over the world. Their latest CD is Bach in Havana.
A Benefit for the Cleveland Institute of Music presented by the CIM Women’s Committee bringing one of the hottest Latin bands today, two-time Grammy nominated, Tiempo Libre to perform with the CIM Orchestra led by Carl Topilow.
