Fight CapitalSource fbo Aeon Financial LLC in Court & WIN. Tax Lien Fraud Ohio URGENT NEWSSubmitted by Gone Fishin on Thu, 01/16/2014 - 14:12.
An important court of appeal's decision was released today, 1/16/14.
CapitalSource fbo Aeon Financial LLC - Tax Lien THIEVES - had a case dismissed by the court of appeals.
CapitalSource Bank failed to register with the Ohio Secretary of State as a foreign company doing business in Ohio; therefore the courts lack jurisdiction to hear the foreclosure cases.
The courts do NOT and NEVER HAD jurisdiction over any of the foreclosures filed by these thieves.

What do Chris Christie and Rob Ford have in common? They're ToastSubmitted by Jeff Buster on Sat, 01/11/2014 - 19:25.
It is inconcievable to me that Gov. Christie was not in the loop. Come on. One of the best "practical jokes" I have ever heard of... Lane closures to teach the unsupportive mayor. Practical jokes don't go undiscussed...that's the fun part...backslapping each other and snorting in laughter about the practical joke. We had practical jokes at work - everyone knew about the jokes, including the management.

This Sunday we will be gathering to remember and discuss the recent murders of Betty Skinner and Brittany-Nicole Kidd-Stergis, as well as the many violent attacks against the gay and lesbian community over the past six months. These senseless murders and attacks need to stop and we need our WHOLE community to be involved. Please join me as we all gather together! |
In Ohio recycling beer and beverage containers is light work - because in Ohio aluminum cans are only recovered for their weight as aluminum. In other states recycling is done to recover the five cent or 10 cent "deposit" per beverage container - whether the container is aluminum or glass. This means that the can man's load is a lot heavier out of Ohio than in Ohio.

Here is another Washington Post link to peruse.
Realneo thanks all it's reporters and supporters for their heartfelt contributions!
And thanks to Michael Sallah and crew and the Washington Post investigative staff, for their journalism efforts to expose the tax lien problems across the USA.
The thieves want to dump their property on county taxpayers so we can foot the bill for their demolitions AND for the tens of thousands they owe in delinquent property taxes.
The thieves force folks from their homes for delinquent property taxes, they don't pay their own property taxes, and then expect taxpayers to bail them out after they have made millions here.
Meanwhile, thousands of people have been victimized by these sorry ass thieves, and they LOST THEIR HOMES.
