County Prosecutor Bill Mason and Parma Mayor Dean DePiero controlled Democrats
U.S. Rep. Marcia Fudge and Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson controlled Democrats
"Everyone else", Democrats not controlled by any of these people
Anyone but Democrats from any known groups in Cuyahoga County
