In Cleveland, Ohio the taxpayers pay for the operation of DAYTIME lighting for the private, Sherman Act - exempted corporate monopoly racket, while many areas of the Cleveland community have been rewarded with darkness and rusted off street lamp poles.
But there is HOPE!
The Toby Cosgrove Corridor - a 100 million dollar per mile 6 lane extenstion of I490 with no noise or exhaust fumes, is promised to il luminate these DARK areas of Cleveland.
