| On the Road at Night

Driving at night on the interstates at 65 MPH is really pretty crazy.    Your vision is about a 1000xs less able to collect life saving data than in the daylight. Is that a deer looking to go for a meal in the median?  Just a shadow in the asphalt or a 42 lb steel reinforced radial truck tire chunck?   Whatever... Cruise control doesn't get scared and even falter a 1/2 MPH.   But why are the upper yellow and white lights spotted, and the lower lights all solid streaks?  This image was taken through the front windshield.
