NEO seems to forget that within the same 24 hours that Tamir Rice was killed - the murder of an entire family took place on the East side of Cleveland:
Police were on high alert because of the suspected gang activity on the east and west side of Cleveland. No one wants to credit the Cleveland Police for solving that murder case. Instead, the focus has been on a poor young man who never should have been in a public park playing with a fake gun trying to be a gang-wannabee. The only person I blame for Tamir Rice's death is his mother. She is the person who should live with the guilt for his death.
