  Great camera work and great coverage--two school within spitting distance of the light.  And these folks treat the light like a joke.  Hey, who cares when its in the City of Cleveland, right?  I am being facetious, but you know the attitude. Better to keep moving, right?

One would think there was no such thing as police in this area to hand out traffic tickets.  If the law is not enforced and consequences are not given for breaking the law why would these drivers care about something as trivial as a red light.  How about the speed limit too.  I bet many are driving over the speed limit as they drive through the red light.  I say get the police out there and start handing out some tickets.  Get the word out that Cleveland is not someplace where anything goes.
