Today's header is a mural that can be found at the City of Cleveland Estabrook Recreation Center.  Councilman Kevin Kelley has focused his energies on improving the center and he is to be congratulated on this effort - even, if it does involve a little self-interest (his daughter does her swim training at the facility).  Because of Councilman Kelley - the locker rooms have been significantly improved, the bleachers and upper pool deck have been stabilzed and painted, the roof has been repaired and, BEST OF ALL, the pool is kept at competitive swimming temperatures!!  BRAVO!
