All these, and many more, beautiful, edible vegetables are growing right here in NEO.  Norm, and Susan, and many others who are looking ahead,  have been advocating urban gardening - well these foods with their roots in the ground aren't exacly downtown Cleveland - but they could be.  

Growing these vegetables takes a lot of physical work - but it is a healthy task and a joyous one.
