Is William J. Day related to Brian Day, Tom Day, Colleen Day....?

Is WILLIAM DAY related to the below Day family?  My guess is that he is, and as regional manager for GLS with a possible relative working in the recorder's office and then into the auditor's office gives Brian Day insider information on delinquent taxes, NO?

Would this result in INSIDER TRADE SECRETS being exchanged, violations of the Securities & Exchange Commission, or even more links to the corruption that has violated our town regarding the Board of Revisions, Auditor's Office and the Commissioners?

Who better to run GLS Capital Cuyahoga and Plymouth Park Tax Services than a prior Assistant County Prosecutor???

William J. Day, Class of 1970 Ohio University, BBA

William J. Day, BBA '70, former assistant county prosecutor in Summit and Cuyahoga counties, is regional manager for GLS Capital-Cuyahoga Inc. The company acquires delinquent tax liens and collects money due or redevelops the property. Day is a certified public accountant.

Extraordinary....Summit & Cuyahoga County Assistant Prosecutor became the regional manager for GLS Capital-Cuyahoga Inc.

Bedford court clerk Tom Day, friend of Bill Mason, profits from Mason associates running for office

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Soon after Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Bill Mason built a political network, his business partner started profiting.

One of Mason's closest political allies during his rise in stature is Tom Day, who works as the Bedford municipal clerk of courts. He is also a contender to become the chairman of the Democratic Party.

In 2002, Mason and Day went into business together, starting a political-consulting company named Victory Communications. Three years later, Day independently bought a stake in Qwestcom Graphics Inc., a union-certified printing company in Cleveland's Old Brooklyn neighborhood.

Day's main political base, like Dimora's, is in the southeast suburbs. His political standing is boosted by the fact that 14 suburbs send their cases to Bedford Municipal Court, where Day has been clerk since late 1987.

Like Dimora, Day lives in Independence, where he, his father and one of his brothers are precinct committee members.

But Day's alliances extend beyond the southeast suburbs to other wings of the party, including black Democrats. It remains to be seen if that relationship has been hurt by his support for Reid, who is white, in the county sheriff's election. The other candidate in the vote was Clayton Harris, who is black and had Fudge's support. Fudge declined to be interviewed.

And Day's ties to the Mason-DePiero wing of the party are arguably as strong as his connection to Dimora and Russo. Day and Mason, for example, own a political consulting business together.

His brother, Brian, is a Parma councilman who has worked in the county recorder's office for former Mason ally Pat O'Malley, who is serving a federal prison sentence on obscenity charges. Brian Day now works for Frank Russo in the auditor's office. Brian Day's wife, Colleen, was the county party's executive director until last year.
