Good Day Everyone!

I'd like to invite each of you to explore Detroit Shoreway, or more specifically, the Edgewater Hill neighborhood, as the Detroit Shoreway Community Development Organization unveils our new home at 7405 Herman Avenue.  Please see the attached flyer for more info.

Although many exciting changes are already underway in the neighborhood, I believe the largest transformation will occur when the Shoreway is redesigned and Detroit Shoreway becomes the first neighborhood in Cleveland to become reconnected to the lakefront and
Edgewater Park.

Please come and celebrate with us and learn more about what's happenin' on the near west side of Cleveland!

Thanks for the invite, I will definitely be there. I have been watching the construction since you broke ground. I have been very curious about who was building what on that great site. Its nice to finally know!

John, congrats - look forward to checking this out!  Coincidentally I just finished assisting Hannah Fritzman (of the Cleveland Executive Fellowship) and other friends with a tour Tuesday of Detroit Shoreway's latest efforts with Battery Park, Gordon Square Arts District, revitalized theater space , etc for fellow AI (Appreciative Inquiry) change leaders and dignitaries from all over the world - Nepal, Netherlands, and Zambia just to name a few.  I was really impressed with everything this CDC and its stalwart Executive Director Jeff Ramsey has been accomplishing on the near west side. His words really resonated with me.

Regarding your domicile, I know there'll be a fiesta of green/smart planning and design involved.  Already planning the strawbale addition?
