 Look at how our county treasurer's office selectively applies liens and selectively prosecutes--here is just one name to research at the Cuyahoga County Auditor site...Lucky Ogor...I am sure that there are many more.  Who has all day to fight crime?

How many of these multiple property owners picked up these rental properties at county tax lien sales?
