Notacon is the second iteration of a yearly technology, arts and music event held at the Cleveland Holiday Inn.
This year's focus is on how technology and community intermingle. Topics include "VoIP For The Masses; Community Radio Broadcasting; Open Source Entreprenurialism; Software Testing: The BLEEDING Edge!"
