I know - and the Cleveland Metroparks will NOT advertise this - that importuning ( meeting up for anonymous sex), drug transactions, and, yes- prostitution- happen at the Cleveland Metroparks. (sadly-so do suicides).

Congratulations to Mayor-Elect Justin Bibb and to Rebecca Maurer for the big upset in Ward 12. Bibb may not fully realize it, but the tide has turned on Cleveland City Council. Cimperman appointee, Kerry McCormack, realized early on that he could not tie his future to the political machine that groomed him under the Ohio City Development Corporation.

 Crain's Cleveland ran a bullshit piece on this house in Middleburg Heights > 16536 Parklawn Ave, Cleveland, OH 44130 - realtor.com® Ms. Cedeno purchased for $186K after selling her Cleveland house for $155K - if she is disabled and has a mortgage on her new Middleburg Heights home, then how will she pay off the new $75K mortgage?
We KNOW she is not going to have to pay off the $20K she got for "repairs." This reeks of more CHN fraud for insiders. SEE:

The conceit of the clerisy described in this WSJ post - is their insistence on telling everyone how to vote and how righteous they are for telling you what is right and what is wrong.

 NO one cares that Matt Zone used his political office (following Rokakis' playbook) to give himself $150K salary and a raise in the position at Western Reserve Land Conservancy, while also installing his loyal lap dog Jennifer Spencer, who typical of CDC employees, used her position at the CDC to get a sweet tax abatement on a property that went from the Cuyahoga County Land Bank>DSCDO>to a shady intermediary > w/o pulling the permits on the property needed to justify the abatement. At one point, her house was devalued to $5500.
