Yes, it is unconstitutional to bar children from restaurants after 6 pm and arrest them for no reason 46% (6 votes) Yes, telling kids that police must be contacted to protest on public issues or be arrested violates the Ist Amendment 8% (1 vote) Yes, the curfew law targets where Black children frequent most and violates the equal protection clause of the 14th Amendment 23% (3 votes) Yes, because the curfew law also gives the Cleveland Hts city manager authority to bar kids from other areas independently 0% (0 votes) No because the constitution should not apply if we fear our own children and we hope it applies to adults in the near future 23% (3 votes) Total votes: 13

We fear our own children
And we don't know how to help them grow into adults. All of the above should be an option, too :)
This does also call into question the legality of any curfew law. Cleveland has a curfew law and it is not rigorously enforced. I sometimes wish that it was, but who is to say when and where any one should be stopped and hassled?
