The Plain Dealer got the headline and photo it wanted today with County Commissioner Jimmy Dimora’s “temporary” abdication of his chairmanship of the County Democrats. It will be a long “temporary.”

I’m against any public money going into an aquarium for Jeff Jacobs who now must be a big-time multi-millionaire. Let him buy his own.

Dear Mr. Calabrese,
I would hope that your agency would attempt to prevent the future bedlam, negative impressions of public transportation and economic loss to the community in terms of late employees etc. associated with the poor public planning evidenced here.

Really--we can and should do better.

There may be a depression but the Tax Collecting County Commissioners are still deep into Cuyahoga taxpayer pockets.

Deep, I mean.

There’s been a multi-million dollar holdup and the police are doing nothing about it. The bandit – Alcoa - world’s leading producer of aluminum and aluminum products. Hard to believe. Or not.

The three Cuyahoga County Commissioners date at City Council on the Med Mart/Convention Center became a laugh and love in. Nary a contrary word could be heard.

With so much trendwise, associated content, spying, spamming, paranoia, writing of the sort that is so hastily posted as to be unintelligible (punctuation and sentence structure is there for a reason), and because Max posted Annie Leonard's Story of Stuff video again to RealNEO, I thought I would share this series of documentaries from BBCTwo:

Did the Plain Dealer actually think that Cuyahoga County Commissioners would really insist MMPI pay property taxes?

I don't see much of a difference between what is happening off of Africa and what has happened with Citi, Morgan Stanley, Greenberg's AIG, BoA, and the rest of our patriot corporations here in the USA. 

Any discussion?

Every time I read Roldo and he talks about the public tax money which has gone to the Brown's Stadium (for Mr. Lerner) and the tax money which has gone to Gateway (for Mr. Jacobs) and which is headed to the MedCon (for Mr. Kennedy) I never really know why Roldo sounds so grumpy.
