The mailing list is set up so that sending email to the list address ("realneo [at] lists [dot] bryght [dot] com") will do the following:

• everyone subscribed to the mailing list will receive the email
• the email will be posted to the list forum

Posting to the forum the process happens in reverse -- an email is generated and sent to the list subscribers.
