goddess dam the noise-vibration man - my brayton and fruit ave. land and homes are being torn apart-

we need  all kinds barriers  to save our lives-property brayton fruit residents - some properties lost 180 degress or more - my home (i'm crying real tears from fear and i don't fear hardly any more) the nails are coming lose from the walls in the kitchen back yard which  is closest to 490  and 70 or so yards from from our home and our home is making noise cracking like its haunted and it is haunted be the greedy developers that make these highways to murder folks in more ways than is clear - they want our land - all of it -

this land is their land - not our land -

and if you think i'm being dramantic - when a rain comes for afew days or week etc. and its a real down pour and or a 5.? earthquake hits this area and i showed sammy catania  a few days ago( sammy is great postive story to come soon) of twdc our home foundation is moved a inches - the big stone blocks yes have moved away from the way they were placed-

so if we on brayton fruit where wealthy developers - we would have many barriers to protect our land lives-

when our land slides down to the oncoming traffiuc of 490 and you all will dig us out -dead murdered injured-

and the greedy land developers and the people that make the highways will take our land as they have planned all along -

criminal  - gentrification-

death did i say - there is no death just a change of worlds  - yogi me billions trilliions of spirits are-will haunt this land - the white evil man - ( indian saying in part)

every person is a barrier aganist the  people that attempt to bury  us  - the buryers-

Tremont slip sliding away - since 2003

Hello Guy, 

I read the two letters to which you linked - from Rep. Kucinich's office and from Councilman Cimperman - those letters are from 2003.  

Am I correct in understanding you that nothing has been remediated since 2003?

I need to check out the back yards on your street.   No wonder you have been posting about California earthquakes!  How do you sleep at night, Dude?

 our end of the strip is not yet seriously affected, but i have friends who have lived on Brayton for 20+ years. i've watched their backyards disappear. The erosion is disconcerting.

If it ain't slip sliddin' - some big time developer is snatching everybody's property - so either way, we're losing it.
