According to the 1920 census data, the home of the Karr family. A grand colonial with a vast front porch, sweeping staircase and a window seat at the landing, four fireplaces and a charming Arts and Crafts inglenook in the parlor. Spacious dining room, living room and drawing room with plaster and panelling have a french flair. Closets with elegant built-in oak cabinets. Built ca. 1905. 4,213 sq. ft. This house has been vacant since spring 2009, vandalized and deteriorating since its owner went into a nursing home.
