Shelter in Place expandingSubmitted by Oldroser on Sun, 04/28/2013 - 20:30.
California is nuts. www.modbee.com/2013/04/27/2690155/9-year-old-killed-in-valley-springs.html But Philadelphia! Read the comments below, hope they aren't deleted: taping are rules for attack, keeping three days supply means you may be considered a terrorist. philadelphia.cbslocal.com/2013/04/24/city-of-philadelphia-advises-residents-on-what-to-do-if-ordered-to-shelter-in-place/ Are people getting sick of this? Or getting used to complying so martial law will be easier?

Who pays my wage when I am sheltered in PLAcE?
During martial law lock down all the police and municipal workers need to give up their pay checks too.
Otherwise, there is an incentive for our public workers to go for more and more "shelter in place" nonesense (with Overtime too), while the rest of us try to figure out how to buy groceries and pay the rent.
Boston began a bad trend and we need to nip it in the bud.
All citizens are paid their normal salary during martial law, or no citizens are paid during martial law....
Let's be fair and square.
