Please review the following PDF documents made available to me from ODOT District 12.
ODOT has informed Public Officials that no noise walls will be constructed in the first innerbelt bridge phase 1.
This is specific to the west side of the highway in Tremont from University Ave. to the north and Branch Ave. to the south.

The W 14th street I 90 ramp had an accelleration lane added on the Innerbelt Bridge after the bridge was built. The accelleration lane added weight and cantilever forces on the trusses which the Bridge was not originally designed to withstand.

Max Eternity - Though it has been an open secret for many years now, Wired Magazine has "officially" revealed specific details of the US Central Intelligence Agency's (CIA) degree of involvement in domestic spying. The CIA, still embroiled in an ongoing investigation of its complicity in the Abu Ghraib torture scandal and the Bush-ear telcom domestic spy plan, now faces the real possibility of finding itself mired in yet another policy failure, which could result in class-action law suits. Ok Folks, you can say it happened here. This fenced outdoor patio obstructing the public right of way has been discussed at several meetings and - as you can now see, YOU HAVE A CLEAR THOROUGHFARE.
Can we call it a victory, or is this just progress or maybe they are just losing ground. Either way - the second gate is gone and you can get through with a wheelchair, a stroller or a wagon of little fellers. Enjoy.
Somebody must have dropped a dime - the gate left awfully fast.

One of my favorite all-time albums is Clues by Robert Palmer and I still can not believe that the man is dead. Robert Palmer made such an impact in my life. REAL artists do that.

The appeal case against El Tropical was ruled on yesterday. The City won the appeal. El Tropical should be expected to be closed within the next 45-days as there is a 30-day appeal process (for the Ohio Supreme Court – unlikely). See link below and attachment for ruling.

In the first floor lobby of buildings designed by Marcel Breuer and Mies Van Der Rohe the concierge stations looked much like that at the Cleveland Clinic. Dark granite, sparse, clean, not that chummy….

The Ohio Elections Commission through several Advisory Opinions and Rulings has determined that the term "RE-elect" may be used in connection with the term WARD COUNCIL, (AO 99LC-05 see link below).
A previous complaint filed against the Cummins Campaign for the new Ward 14 for one of our first campaign pieces was dismissed because the piece, although using the term RE-elect did not indicate a Ward number, it only referred to the title I currently have, which is Councilman. This is allowable under the Commission's rules.

If you were not a structural engineer, but you had a few eyes, what would you notice about this parking structure which is presently under some type of redo at the Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, Ohio?
