blogsUS Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) deeply invested in spying Twitter, Facebook, MySpace and othersSubmitted by Eternity on Thu, 10/22/2009 - 11:16.
Max Eternity - Though it has been an open secret for many years now, Wired Magazine has "officially" revealed specific details of the US Central Intelligence Agency's (CIA) degree of involvement in domestic spying. The CIA, still embroiled in an ongoing investigation of its complicity in the Abu Ghraib torture scandal and the Bush-ear telcom domestic spy plan, now faces the real possibility of finding itself mired in yet another policy failure, which could result in class-action law suits. CAN WE CONSIDER THIS A SMALL VICTORY - PROGRESS OR ARE THEY JUST LOSING GROUND?Submitted by jerleen1 on Thu, 10/22/2009 - 10:50.
Ok Folks, you can say it happened here. This fenced outdoor patio obstructing the public right of way has been discussed at several meetings and - as you can now see, YOU HAVE A CLEAR THOROUGHFARE. Can we call it a victory, or is this just progress or maybe they are just losing ground. Either way - the second gate is gone and you can get through with a wheelchair, a stroller or a wagon of little fellers. Enjoy. Somebody must have dropped a dime - the gate left awfully fast.

CLARIFICATION of rulings regarding use of term RE-ELECTSubmitted by citizens4cummins on Wed, 10/21/2009 - 14:56.
The Ohio Elections Commission through several Advisory Opinions and Rulings has determined that the term "RE-elect" may be used in connection with the term WARD COUNCIL, (AO 99LC-05 see link below). A previous complaint filed against the Cummins Campaign for the new Ward 14 for one of our first campaign pieces was dismissed because the piece, although using the term RE-elect did not indicate a Ward number, it only referred to the title I currently have, which is Councilman. This is allowable under the Commission's rules.
