because fire house 21 is closed which is located at the end of scranton ave. at the cuyahoga river and has clevelands only fire boat and is only  about 5 minutes from tremont how long did it take our other fire fighter heros from other stations to reach the tremont fire on june 16, 09, - 10 - 15 - 20 minutes because they are  farther away from tremont -

Friends in Tremont,

I’ve been rummaging around in old stuff trying to put some old writings in some order. I came across a column from June 1988 that I’ll repeat below.

Dear Mr. Calabrese,
I would hope that your agency would attempt to prevent the future bedlam, negative impressions of public transportation and economic loss to the community in terms of late employees etc. associated with the poor public planning evidenced here.
