Around two dozen NEO arts champions came together for the 08.23.05 Excellence Roundtable, which featured overviews of current work by newCAT, CIA and CPAC, among many important regional, innovative arts initiatives.

The 08.23.05 NEO Excellence Roundtable will feature leaders of new arts innovations and movements in NEO, including William Scheele of newCAT, the New Collaboration for Arts and Technology, who will be able to update attendees on Ingenuity Fest, with which he is affiliated - we'll invite other Ingenuity spokespersons to attend as well.

MOCA partners with Cleveland Public Art and ParkWorks to take you off-site for an evening of art, music and fun. Headlining the event are The Heavyweights, a three-person art troupe based in Montreal and Los Angeles.

You may want to take a cake home from Buzz Gallery’s latest show. They look delicious, piled around the gallery with their fluffy white frosting and chocolate or yellow layers, but don’t try to taste one, these confections, reminiscent of Claes Oldenberg’s works, are made of foam and plaster.
