Cuyahoga County Land Bank - county officials overlook delinquent property taxes Hypocrite Con Artist Gus Frangos Scam

I am not sure why the county has overlooked another one of Gus Frangos' shell properties which has been tax delinquent- for years.

I suppose the county is just picking on the little people that lack the ability to fight back and is still playing corrupt politcs.

It must be tough trying to live off a petty six figure salary paid by taxpayers - via the collection of DELINQUENT PROPERTY TAXES. 

If Frangos loses ANOTHER rent generating NO property tax / mortage paying property, he might need to apply for food stamps.  One could say that he is already receiving ' public assistance'.

Three years after the property transfered from Frangos to the LLC, Gus Frangos signed a mortgage for $98,231 and agreed to be 'individually ' responsible for repayment.  Gus Frangos never paid the mortgage and was named as a defendant in a civil lawsuit:

Gus Frangos named Ladon Ruffin as an agent for several of the self-created LLC's properties.

On September 15, 2011, Ladon Ruffin appeared in court and gave sworn testimony that Gus Frangos is the owner of the above mentioned properties and several other properties.  Ladon Ruffin swore under the pains and penalties of PERJURY that he worked for Gus Frangos to collect and hand over rent money- and that he last worked collecting rent  six months prior to the September 2011 court hearing:

As president of the Cuyahoga County Land Bank, Gus Frangos' salary is paid by the collection of delinquent property taxes.

Gus Frangos wrote and passed legislation to target other tax delinquent property owners.

Gus Frangos is a hypocrite con artist.

There are several rental units for this property.  Considering the mortgage and property taxes are not being paid, I wonder what the con artist does with all of the rental income???

 This property is not worth the $89,612.31 judgment recently granted.  The delinquent property taxes are $6875.22.
