Slavic Village Community Development is selling property to those that OWE DELINQUENT PROPERTY TAXES in Cuyahoga County

 Slavic Village Community Development is selling taxpayer property to an investor  LLC that is property tax delinquent in Cuyahoga County.

 

On October 1, 2012, Slavic Village sold the property located at 3715 Gertrude Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio  for $3,000.

The LLC which purchased the property is:

The incorporator for this LLC -  ANNIE MELINZ DATTILO,  P.O. BOX 1261 , BRUNSWICK,OH 44212 -  has also incorporated:

FLEET AREA 3643 INDEPENDENCE, LLC

FLEET AREA 3659 E 63RD LLC

FLEET AREA 3715 E 63RD LLC

FLEET AREA 6728 GERTRUDE, LLC

A two minute search would have revealed that several of Annie Melinz Dattilo's numerous LLCs owes Cuyahoga County delinquent property taxes:

Transfer date January 6,  2011 from Dattilo family

Delinquent Property taxes $ 2,744.89        

According to the County Fiscal office records, no property taxes have been paid since the transfer date of January 6, 2011.

The Dattilo family is purchasing lots of cheap real estate in Cuyahoga County and NOT paying their property taxes.

SLAVIC VILLAGE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT is giving them more property.  What a waste of taxpayer money.

I am hoping to compile a list of the CDC directors and their salaries - it would also be nice to be able to compile their residence status.  I have been told that Jeff Ramsey makes 100,000+.  At very least, Jeff Ramsey lives in CLE, but Robyn Sandys of Old Brooklyn Development Corp makes 80,000+ and lives in Avon.

 There are very serious issues with these investors.  Instead of Slavic Village addressing the issues with these numerous connected LLCs, Slavic Village hands over more property to these no tax paying investors.

Slavic Village is the hardest hit with the foreclosure crisis.  Those responsible for Slavic Village and pointing their fingers at others should look in the mirror.

The Dattilo family should be criminally investigated for possible charges.  Several foreclosures were also filed.

Foreclosure fraud - receiving over inflated mortgages with no intent to repay - flipping houses, tax delinquencies and allowing houses to rot away are making headlines and criminal charges are being filed.

  

 

 

Cuyahoga County: Man indicted for 'flipping' 235 homes

 

 

Murphy and his company were indicted on charges of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity (RICO), possessing criminal tools, money laundering, and tampering with records.

Ninety-six properties fell into Tax Foreclosure for a total tax delinquency of $1,032,849.84.

Slavic Village staff could not perform a two minute search prior to giving away taxpayer property to the Dattilo family.

Simple solution to stop me from investigating all of the CDCs

There is a simple solution to stop me from investigating ALL of the CDC's, land bank flippers and connections, Cuyahoga County Land Bank, Jim Rokakis, Jason Brooks, Randall Shorr, Robert Curry, Michael Hilliard, Michael DeCesare, etc..........

 

GET RID OF GUS FRANGOS.

Otherwise I will continue investigating and reporting.  And the public isn't going to like what I have found.  Trust me.

This serious issue will not go away.  I will not let up until Gus Frangos is removed from his position.

 

Next course of action is passing out detailed literature at grocery stores, events, etc.   I also have a petition that will be circulated at numerous public locations.

I also have several friends that own local gas stations and stores- and their friends own the same.  I have numerous connections in the Arabic Community and my Arabic friends and their friends own lots of businesses.   A couple phone calls and literature and petitions will be left at numerous locations throughout the county.

Door knocking and the whole nine yards.  This is a campaign to GET RID OF GUS FRANGOS.

Amidst the chaos, there are bright spots. Targeted planning and development is starting to occur in places like Slavic Village in ways that recognize the need for broad demolition, plus retention/renovation around positive pockets of activity. Hard work, but the CDC and the Councilman (Brancatelli) are doing a great job.

Slavic Village just sold a taxpayer property to connected LLCs that own several tax delinquent properties in Cuyahoga County. The LLCs purchase property and never pay taxes. Lots of foreclosures filed against these folks for not paying their over-inflated mortgages either. I wouldn't call Slavic Village's role in handing over taxpayer property to this scam "great".
